Shavim has been in operation for over 35 years, working to provide occupational training and to integrate people with mental illness in the free labor market. Since our establishment and up until the present day, Shavim’s operations have been growing constantly and we currently run ten training centers nation-wide. Expanding the NGO’s activity manifests not only in the array of services we give and in the number of service recipients, but also in developing innovative initiatives and models for occupational training and initiatives that are relevant to the labor market. As a result, we are always looking for quality manpower to join us and take part in serving the people we help.
