We’re proud of you...

We haven’t met yet but you are amazing. Visiting the Hsharon center’s page is much more than “just” reading content. It’s searching for information that indicates a desire to acquire a profession, to move forward, to learn skills to embark on a normal life and financial independence. You’ve moved from the stage of thinking and wanting, to the stage of doing (even if it’s searching for information at this stage) and you deserve to be praised for that. We hope this will continue and that we will meet face-to-face, here at the Hsharon Rehabilitation Center for Vocational Training and Integration.

The center in Netanya, established in 1987, puts Shavim’s vision into practice, which is to offer and provide occupational training to people with psychiatric disabilities.  This was originally a tissue paper factory. However, over the years, the center evolved and currently operates three occupational training courses - sheltered, transitional, and supported, with an emphasis on one-on-one guidance.

And this may be the time to mention Shavim’s new project and exclusive model that will be implemented for the first time here at the Hsharon center. This is the Shavim Plus Occupational Guidance Center, which operates according to a one-on-one rehabilitation concept, conducted in complete cooperation with you. Various types of subcontracting jobs are conducted through the occupational center at different degrees of difficulty, in a variety of industries, such as: cosmetics, painting, gifts, games, packaging, and more. As we already mentioned, our worldview is that the employees are involved in decision making and also in implementing these decisions as part of the occupational rehabilitation process. The center also conducts workshops on employment, preparing for the job market, and social and interpersonal skills.

And now... How can we help you?

Do you want to know more, to meet with a member of our staff, to come for a tour at the center, to hear first-hand what people for whom we have helped secure a profession and employment have to say? You can contact us:
